We Get It — Life Is Busy
AZ Glow Baseball is designed with real families in mind. Here's how we make it work for you.
We Complement Your Schedule
We want AZ Glow Baseball to complement your family's other commitments — not interfere with them. We know your kids are already playing Little League, travel ball, club soccer, football, martial arts, and more. Our goal is to add something special to their season, not create scheduling headaches.
When you register, use the Additional Notes section to tell us about your existing commitments, preferred practice days, preferred game days, and any friend, sibling, or coach requests. The more we know, the better we can build a schedule that works for everyone.
Register early — the sooner you're in, the more flexibility we have when building teams and schedules.
What Is Evaluation Day?
Before the season begins, we'll host a Player Evaluation Day — this is not a tryout. Every registered player participates. The purpose is to help coaches evaluate skill levels so we can create balanced, competitive teams while honoring friend, sibling, and coach requests whenever possible.
Scheduling Flexibility
When registering, use the Notes section to include your preferred practice days, preferred game days, existing sports schedules, and any friend, sibling, or coach requests.
The earlier you register, the more flexibility we have when building teams.
Our Goal Is Simple
Create an unforgettable Glow Baseball experience while making it as easy as possible for families to participate in the sports they love.
Final practice schedules, game schedules, field locations, and Evaluation Day details will be sent to all registered families before the season begins.
Every Game Is An Event
We don't just play baseball — we put on a show. Every game night is designed to be an experience your whole family will remember.
Live DJ Every Game
A live DJ keeps the energy electric from first pitch to final out. The music never stops.
Walk-Up Songs
Every player gets their own walk-up song — just like the pros. Your moment, your music.
Food & Vendors
Food vendors on-site at every game. Grab a bite, stay all night, and enjoy the full experience.
Theme Nights
Superhero Night, Neon Night, Hawaiian Night and more. Every game has a theme — dress up and join the fun.
League Mascots
Our league mascots bring the hype and keep the crowd fired up. Kids love them, parents love them.
Walk-Up Dances
Players can show off their moves at the plate. Bring the energy, bring the dance — the crowd goes wild.
Creating Memories That Last
From the moment you walk in to the final out, AZ Glow Baseball delivers an atmosphere unlike anything else in youth sports.
