Payment Required for Confirmation
Submitting the registration form does not confirm your team's spot. Registration is only confirmed upon successful completion of payment through our secure Stripe checkout.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30+ days before November 13, 2026 receive a 50% refund. No refunds within 30 days of the tournament. If AZ Glow Baseball cancels the event, a full refund will be issued.
Division Capacity
Each division has limited team availability. Once a division reaches capacity, registration for that division will close. Register early to secure your spot.
2-Game Guarantee
Every registered and paid team is guaranteed a minimum of 2 games. Teams advancing through bracket play will play additional games.
Code of Conduct
All coaches, players, and spectators are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship and respect at all times. AZ Glow Baseball reserves the right to remove any individual or team for conduct violations without refund.
Tournament Updates
Schedules, bracket information, rules, and all tournament updates will be communicated via email to the address provided during registration.
